By accessing and using ManufacturingBase (mfgbase.com and app.mfgbase.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

ManufacturingBase provides a directory of manufacturers searchable by capability, certification, material, and location. The platform is free to search. Manufacturers may apply to be listed through our onboarding process.

Manufacturer Listings

Manufacturers who apply to be listed agree to provide accurate information about their capabilities, certifications, and contact details. ManufacturingBase reserves the right to verify, modify, or remove listings that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

No Guarantee

ManufacturingBase is a discovery platform. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of any listed manufacturer. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

All content on ManufacturingBase, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ManufacturingBase or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

ManufacturingBase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with listed manufacturers.
